Submission of Applications
- Application for admission must be submitted on the prescribed Admission Form appended to the prospectus.
- Each application must be accompanied by the Admission Form in favour of Principal NRTC Schools & Colleges.
Eligibility
Salient features pertaining to the eligibility for induction classes are as follows:
For Montessori Class
- The candidate should be between 3.5 and 6 years on 1st March of the year of admission.
- The candidate must be medically FIT.
- All seats are filled on open merit.
For Class 1 to 8
- The students who are studying in Class 1 to 8.
- The candidate should be between 6 and 13 years on 1st March.
- The candidate must be medically FIT.
- All seats are filled on open merit.
For Board Classes
- The induction is carried out only when seats are available.
- Students likely to pass Matric exam with at least 70% marks.
- Age should be between 15 to 17 years on 31st March.
- The candidate must be medically FIT.
- All seats are filled on open merit.

Eligibility Policy
The new admissions from Play Group till IX are normally made at the beginning of the academic year in the month of February and are considered on seats available basis.
The new admissions for Intermediate classes are made in the month of April.
With the exception of transfer cases, no admissions are normally made in classes X and XII.
Some of the guides or indicators considered at the time of admission are grades in previous class and the scores in the written test and interview administered by the School/College Entrance Examination Committee.
The written test is based on the courses of study meant for the previous class.
For classes Play Group and Nursery however, the test is an intelligence/picture test coupled with an interview.
Procedure
An advertisement calling for the application appears in the important dailies of the country in the month of February.
The application form along with prospectus can be obtained by hand or by post on payment of required fee.
The application forms must be completed and sent in the Office of Admission along with the required documents by the last date for submission.
Applications submitted after the due date will be considered on space available basis.
Each application is reviewed and an acknowledgement is sent.
If, however, the acknowledgement is not received in a reasonable amount of time, applicants should contact the Office of Admission by phone or letter or E-mail.
Each applicant is informed about the date of written test and interview.
